Steps not updated for Download Elastic Agent diagnostics.

Actual Step:

1. In Fleet, open the Agents tab.
2. In the Host column, click the agent’s name.
3. Click the Diagnostics tab.
4. Click the Request diagnostics .zip button.

Expected Step:

1. In Fleet, open the Agents tab.
2. In the Host column, click the agent’s name.
3. Click the Diagnostics tab and click the Request diagnostics .zip button.
4. Observe confirmation pop-up appears.
5. Select the checkmark (if collect additional CPU Metrics required).
6. Click the Request diagnostics button.
