I think this approach is fine - if we need to mess with it again it'd probably be better to move this into a React context defined by EuiNavDrawer which EuiNavDrawerGroup consumes and pulls the expand function from. |

Summary
Fixes #2709. Kibana's navDrawer implementation is shifting to take further advantage of nested flyouts. It's likely that the menus will be constructed and composed outside the
renderfn, and defined with a wrapping<React.Fragment>element.Checklist
