Summary

The MutationObserver polyfill used by Kibana does not allow for attributesFilter to be specified without attributes: true to also be present.
The whatwg standard allows the absence, but we'll explicitly add it.

The polyfill, as used in Kibana, is modifiable. We are going to patch the observe method for Jest in Kibana rather that change EUI.
