Describe the bug

logoElastic icon does not render correctly in the color="text" variant.

Low severity. No workaround.

• React version: 17
• Kibana version (if applicable): -
• Browser: Chrome
• Operating System: MacOS

Only affects light mode.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Icons page on our documentation website.
2. Scroll down to Elastic logos section.
3. Select the "text" variant.

Expected behavior

logoElastic renders in text variant just like other logos do.
