earlier i always installed eui with next dependecies and don't have issue:

    "@elastic/datemath": "^5.0.3",
    "@elastic/eui": "^99.4.0",
    "@emotion/react": "^11.14.0",

But now the /eui install the @elastic/eui-theme-borealis and @elastic/eui-theme-borealis has dependenci for @elastic/eui-theme-common:
"@elastic/eui-theme-common": "0.0.9"
dev dependencies is ok, but peerDependencies not, and for me always installed 0.0.9 (npm and yarn too)
When i add @elastic/eui-theme-common to my package.json, than it solved the above problem. but it still wrong:

eui/packages/eui-theme-borealis/package.json

when i good remember, i don't use scss inside my code, but i has warnings after install the new version of eui inside my terminal.
_animation.scss was only 1 error, but i had least 10 same error
when you see the last @elastic/eui-theme-borealis npm package, then you can see that the version is same like the github 0.1.0, but the code is different. I think the npm package has not been updated.
