🚪 Noticed as part of a review here.

For mobile resolutions there is a difference in positioning of the (right side) actions on EuiBasicTable when switching between color modes.
This can be reproduced in current production Storybook and EUI docs.

How to reproduce

  • open EuiBasicTable in Storybook or EUI docs
  • ensure you're looking at it in a responsive/mobile resolution
  • toggle light/dark color mode
