Steps to reproduce (assumes ChromeVox or similar)

1. Open https://elastic.github.io/eui/#/forms/combo-box in a new tab.
2. Tab to the any demo combo box, and try to tab through the button highlighted in the picture

Actual Result

Keyboard is trapped there, user is unable to tab forward from that point

Expected Result

User is able to tab through the button

Really good accessibility work done on this element though!!
