Steps to reproduce (assumes ChromeVox or similar)

1. Open https://elastic.github.io/eui/#/forms/combo-box in a new tab.
2. Tab to the first demo combo box, shown in the picture above
3. Try to use keyboard navigation to access the clear button

Actual Result

Clear button is not accessible via keyboard

Expected Result

Clear button is accessible via keyboard

Really good accessibility work done on this element though!!
