To Reproduce

With mobile devices,

1. Go to https://eui.elastic.co/#/templates/super-date-picker
2. Open the absolute tab.

Expected behavior

The year dropdown and the time selector shouldn't overflow to the right.

Additional context

Simulating mobile devices can also reproduce the issue on Chrome.
