Hey there. As part of our big Knowledge Centric Support initiative, we're adding tons of knowledge functionality to the Elastic Support Portal.
One of the main categories of search results and linked content will be the support case, where customers talk to our support engineers to get help. Thus far we've been using the tableDensityExpanded icon to indicate a case, but we'd like to ask if you would be able to create a special case or issue icon for EUI that we could use in the Support Portal.
The only real direction I could offer is that the current tableDensityExpanded icon is generally pretty close to what we're imagining, but doesn't quite represent a back-and-forth, dynamic conversation. Something like the Material Design "forum" or Bootstrap "receipt" might be closer to conveying what a support issue actually is?
