Description

Our EuiDataGrid column headers are a combined label and button + popover menu. VoiceOver announces the column header as "Amount Header actions" which is accurate but I think could be more clear if we separated the elements. I'm thinking something like:

• Column header name "Actions"
• Column button name "Sort Actions column"
