Related to #3489
As part of the Global Header project (Kibana meta issue), Phase 3 includes the addition of the Deployment switcher UI. This feature will allow users to quickly navigate between and (to a degree) manage Cloud deployments.
As I understand it, the EUI solution is still TBD - whether it's a new component or documented pattern.
🚧Reason for WIP label
There's a fair amount of backend work yet to be completed by Cloud that will support this feature in addition to the work for the new stacked global header design itself. For those reasons, this particular feature is towards the tail end of the overall effort. Relatedly, this feature is likely the least settled in terms of UI and functionality, so consider these mockups (and the lack of detailed requirements) in that light.
