Port of #4412 to target
7.xas these APIs are now considered stable.Relates: #4341, elastic/elasticsearch#49052
This PR adds the ingest inference processor.
Ingest inference processor relies on the data frame analytics APIs that are currently marked as experimental. As such, the processor is also experimental.
This PR should be merged only when they go GA. An additional step will be required for integration tests to set up a model for the processor.
