Description

Version 0.2.10 was merged to main but depends on ESS Billing integration v1.7.0 which has not been released yet.

Problem

• Commits 54af863 and c32adfc containing 0.2.10 are now on main
• Users may attempt to use 0.2.10 and encounter failures
• The 0.2.10-integration-build branch should have remained unmerged until ESS Billing 1.7.0 is available

Action Items

• Revert 0.2.10 commits from main
• Keep 0.2.10 changes only on 0.2.10-integration-build branch
• Update README to clarify 0.2.9 is the latest stable version
• Re-merge when ESS Billing 1.7.0 is released
