I think we also would need to update elasticsearch-7.x branch to a new Lucene 8.x snapshot?

I think we will unlikely have Lucene 8.11 but 8.10.1 release. Hence, we need to wait for Lucene 8.10.0 out before upgrading to 8.10 snapshot. |

Upgrade to a new Lucene 9 snapshot that includes LUCENE-10119 so we can re-enable the sort optimization with points for scroll and search_after requests.
