This commit adjusts the serialization version and re-enabled BWC tests following the backport of elastic#77151.
This reverts commit 5530799.

Going to go ahead and merge this to get BWC tests running again, even though there's technically not a review yet, as it's just changing a single constant and re-enabling tests. |
