With #60983 we now have the "frozen" phase available in ILM, we should update the UI to allow a user to configure the frozen phase for their existing and new ILM policies.

The available actions in the "frozen" phase are:

  • set priority
  • unfollow
  • allocate
  • freeze
  • searchable snapshot
