Problem Description

ToIp includes an optional MapExpression of optional named parameters. However, these options are not included in the generated json documentation. This causes upstream validation in Kibana to fail when users attempt to use this with options specified.

Steps to Reproduce

This was found when attempting to create an ES|QL tool in Agent Builder in Kibana.
