Improve bullet title, subtitle and value display positioning.

I played around with this and it feels that everything is in a good place. I'll withhold some consideration on titles and labels since you mentioned that they were causing a little bit of problems (I am attaching few images to shoe what I mena) but apart from that it seems great!

- [x] title/subtitle baselines should be set by numeric values
- [x] title and subtitle should take 90% of remaining available width
- [x] when title goes multiline, we should smartly decide when to drop numeric values below
