Preconditions:
- 8.4.3 BC2 Kibana cloud environment should be available.
- Windows agent v8.4.3 should be installed.
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to Fleet> Create new Agent Policy .
- Enroll windows agent with policy having system Integration.
- Observe after 4-5 minutes agent went unhealthy.
- Observe that no agent logs available under agent->logs tabs

Additional Notes:
- This issue is not reproducible for MAC and Linux .tar agent.
