Aligning elastic-autodiscovery library version with elastic-agent repo to 0.6.4

Proposed commit message

  • WHAT: Upgrade Elastic-autodiscovery library version to 0.6.4
  • WHY: Keep it the same with elastic-agent in order to apply latest workaround
