What does this PR do?
This is follow up PR of #23610 to add
replicasetsresource in clusterroles forfilebeat,heartbeatandpacketbeatsince the addition at #23610 will try to access ReplicaSets via k8s API foradd_kubernetes_metadataPod's autodiscovery.@jsoriano sorry for forgetting this out from the original PR
