What does this PR do?
This PR adds
istiodmetricset. It leverages theuse_typesoption.istiod: light-weight metricset on top of Prometheus to collect metrics from the Prometheus exporter of Istio DaemonWhy is it important?
To be compatible with versions of Istio higher than
