Cherry-pick of PR #20052 to 7.x branch. Original message:

What does this PR do?

Fixes auditd module syscall table for ppc64 and ppc64le. elastic/go-libaudit#72

Why is it important?

This should enable auditd rules to work on ppc64 and ppc64le.
