@simitt the trigger will not work until the job is created on infra and this PR is merged, then we could start trying it with the command |

What does this PR do?
Adds a new Multibranch pipeline job to check the Beats update on the APM Server.
Why is it important?
This detects breaking changes on the APM Server. This job will replace the old ones, it is executed on every branch and PR (silently without notification is it is not needed)
