Summary

The kibana /settings api was removed in 8.0 (see elastic/kibana#105695) and has caused related metricbeat integration tests to fail when we bumped the version in #30566. For now we only removed the offending integration tests to unblock the situation but we should completely remove the metricset from the codebase.
