Fetch all dimensions simultaneously with each call when the asterisk (*) is used as a dimension value. Currently only the value of a randomly selected dimension is fetched. This would allow for better analysis and breakdown of metrics which offer dimensions.

Some metrics have dimensions which would allow for more in-depth analysis of metrics. E.g. for cosmosDB instances, we are able to fetch the TotalRequests metric. However, we're not able to fetch the broken down count of the TotalRequests metric by the StatusCode dimension
