Add "top_level_domain" Enrichment to "registered_domain" Processor

**Describe the enhancement:**

https://github.com/elastic/beats/pull/22999 Adds handling for subdomain enrichment, we should do something similar and have the "registered_domain" processor handle all domain enrichment. In addition we may want to consider renaming it.
