The latest version of karpenter is v0.33.1 currently, but the demo is using eks 1.24 together with karpenter v0.20.0. Suggest to update the demo to the latest eks and karpenter version, since:

• According to the compatible matrix by karpenter, eks 1.24 should work with karpenter 0.21.x+.
• The conception of provisioner seems to be redefined to NodePool since karpenter v.0.32
