Implements the work which was started in #14.
A new PR is created, since the old one now had several merge conflicts and some major changes were made to the structure of
wait-forsince that PR was created.Thanks for laying the groundwork 😄 .
I'm first releasing this as a beta, which is included in this release https://github.com/eficode/wait-for/releases/tag/v2.1.0-beta.1, if anyone ends up using it, please share your experiences. Otherwise, I will presume it's stable in a couple of weeks and merge it into master.
