Describe the bug
Number of diffs next to the Editing file is wrong.
The diff itself looks correct.
E.g. there is one removed line and 28 added and I see +28 -28

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Prompt "Edit some file, add 28 random lines` and remove another one."
2. Check diff numbers
