With the advent of WSL there does not seem to be much need/use for the Windows build script (site/build-site.bat) anymore. Removed it to reduce maintenance burden. Also fixed *nix build script to handle paths with spaces and updated the Maven exec plugin version in the POM to a more recent one.
The Jenkins pipeline for the Hono website is no longer needed, as the website is now built and deployed using GitHub Actions. With the advent of WSL there does not seem to be much need/use for the Windows build script anymore. Removed it to reduce maintenance burden.
