- Added _get_text_or_empty_string_or_none(), which returns an empty string if the text is None. - Used the new function for all attributes that can be empty strings. In particular, this affects all the attributes of one of XSD_TYPE_CLASSES type, as they can be strings including the empty string. Fixes eclipse-basyx#242
