Describe the bug
If you are using the Technical Data Viewer and fill out the "description" field, it will use this field as the Property name within the table.
If no value is present within the description field, it will work correctly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any Property within the TechnicalData Submodel's 'TechnicalProperties' SubmodelElementCollection
2. Insert some arbitrary value into the 'description' field.
3. Click on 'Technical Data Viewer'
4. It should show the 'description' as the 'Property' name

Expected behavior
It should use the 'shortId' as the 'Property' name
