Description

This PR updates Fast DDS types with the latest release of Fast DDS Gen v4.1.0.

It also deletes the PUBLISHER/SUBSCRIBER_TYPE_CREATOR_FUNCTION for InnerEmptyStructureHelper and InnerStructureHelper, which are marked as @nested because the new Fast DDS Gen does not generate the corresponding methods for @nested structures in release v4.1.0.
