Description

This PR brings:

• Changes in some IDL files to improve X-Types interoperability.
• Not taking into account the TypeInformation from other vendors.

Depends on:

• Setting vendor_id on received CacheChange_t [21214] #4978
• Support union discriminator's @default annotation Fast-DDS-Gen#361
• [21333] Fix spelling due to new class introduced in Fast DDS Fast-DDS-docs#854
