Description
This PR adds a workaround the prevent reading errors when generating sanitizer reports either because of unexpected characters or early-finishing files. It decodes information as
utf-8and replaces any strange character with a mark (?) given the case.@Mergifyio backport 2.14.x 2.13.x 2.10.x 2.6.x
