Fixes

• Fix: boost stuck on "Working" — busyRef deadlock prevented boost from running after benchmark. Optimize flow now works correctly for Valorant, CS2, Fortnite.
• Fix: PresentMon black CMD window — PresentMon.exe no longer shows a visible console window during benchmark.
• Fix: build system — Use tauri build instead of cargo build to properly embed frontend (fixes "localhost refused to connect" on some installs).
• Chore: Enabled tauri-plugin-log in release mode for easier debugging.
• Chore: Added withGlobalTauri for frontend event listeners.
