(WebToEpub Ver. 1.0.6.0)
The "Max web pages to fetch simultaneously" option disappeared after latest update.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click WebtoEpub
2. Click on 'Advanced Options'
3. Scroll down to see missing option

Expected behavior
Seeing the "Max web pages to fetch simultaneously" option.
