This is attempt to compile project on Linux. Not all things are rosy, and vcxproj are not compiling.
Rationale for that is that I work on Linux half of the time, and it is easier for me locally smoke test changes without pushing changes, remote to Windows, run tests, etc, etc. I do not expect that to produce final builds at this stage.
