Create a theme specific resource dictionary which will be included in the app.xaml and will contain the following:

• Color Brushes
• Color Gradients
• Accent Color and Variations
• Fill Colors and Stroke Colors

Make sure that the combined RD of theme specific styling gets included in the app.xaml and is updated in templates also.
