Hopefully, this doc addresses #884 since as discussed on that issue, for the short term, the Trusted Signing team will not include the Sign CLI as an officially supported tool. We will definitely revisit this down the road, but for the sake of individuals looking on how to use Cli with trusted signing, this doc should get them started.
