OmniSharp tests fail with this error:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException : Could not find file '/vmr/test/Microsoft.DotNet.SourceBuild.SmokeTests/bin/Release/net9.0/OmniSharpTests/run'.That's because I missed removing this code from the changes in #52435.
