The FSharp.NET.Sdk was the original F# added to the SDK prior to .NET 2.0. F# is now included by default in the .NET SDK. This SDK exists to prevent breaking old SDK apps. Since F# has been firmly embedded since .net 2.0 and nothing before .net5.0 is still 'supported' we should remove it.
