Two test methods from IdentityHelperTests class (GetNormalizedStrongNameHash and GetNormalizedUrlHash) throw PNSE because the respective S.S.Cryptography functionality has been updated recently to produce PNSE at assembly level.
Disabling them makes Common.Tests pass with the following result:
