Right now this is not supported on browser and tests are failing.

Added this issue as a placeholder to deactivate theses tests.

JavaScript WebSocket does not support a CloseOutputAsync but one may be able fake it so these tests work or maybe we keep the not supported instead of faking something that really is not used.
