Before enabling the portable thread pool in CoreCLR by default, there are a couple of prerequisites for thread pool events:

PortableThreadPoolEventSourcefor long-term options, use one of those and resolve any issues / handle any of its prerequisites - Revert the temporary change in EventPipe, see TODO in
EventPipeConfiguration::RegisterProvider
