Description

The string "at" should not appears NET 10 RC2 runtime installer UI.

Reproduction Steps

Clean machine: Windows 11-x64 (24H2)

Install dotnet-runtime-10.0.0-rc.2.25474.116-win-x64.exe on VM
After installation done, check installer UI displaying

Expected behavior

UI displays well
