JIT: SPMI replay with dump failures because of getStringLiteral calls in gtDispConst #118217
Description
We might want to query for all string literals under the SPMI extra queries flag (JitConfig.EnableExtraSuperPmiQueries), or else make displaying string constants robust to not having the string literals.
