Consider adding .git-blame-ignore-revs as well (e.g. #57019).
Also README.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, CODE-OF-CONDUCT.md (I wouldn't include every .md file. In roslyn-analyzers repo, there are some that are generated and validated in CI. This may happen here as well, so let's include specific .md files.
